Overview In this role you will support the Nightwing training team by delivering and coordinating instruction on network systems operation, setup, and maintenance. You will serve as instructor or backup for staff officers and backend support personnel, delivering classroom and online training, and developing curriculum and assessment materials. You'll maintain customer-standard systems and propose tech solutions to improve learning outcomes. This position blends hands-on network expertise with instructional design to enable mission-focused training across sponsor environments.

Responsibilities- Provide training on operation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of Network Systems
- Act as primary and/or backup instructor for Staff Officers and backend support
- Deliver classroom instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on training
- Maintain systems per customer standards
- Develop course curriculum and materials
- Provide student assessments and write-ups
- Propose and implement technology solutions to enhance learning
- Assist in other areas as assigned (curriculum prep, online delivery)
Key requirements- Extensive network engineering and virtualization experience
- Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, Cisco, VMware, virtualization
- Deep understanding of sponsor-specific networks (enterprise and field)
- Knowledge of customer systems, configurations and field environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Hardware equipment installation and connectivity capability
- Previous instructor experience
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
