Responsibilities- Define and drive technology strategy for the Consumer Platform with governance and end-to-end solution delivery
- Ensure designs meet business objectives and non-functional requirements, integrating across tech assets for a cohesive platform
- Emphasize AI-native solutions to maximize customer benefit
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align roadmaps with constraints
- Lead engineering and operational excellence to enable high availability and productive developer environment

Key requirements- 15+ years of product and platform development experience
- 3+ years in leadership with globally distributed teams and influencing third-party strategy

- Full-stack expertise across architecture, services, data, analytics, AI, and marketing tech
- Proven ability to deliver AI- and data-powered customer outcomes
- Track record of building high-performing organizations in a collaborative environment
