Overview As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you partner with the business as a Workday expert to optimize global HR systems. You handle system administration, design workflows, and train end users, ensuring data integrity across HR activities. You serve as a technical advisor for HR projects and system enhancements, collaborating with distributed teams and vendors. You drive adoption of new features and maintain documentation and reports. This role balances technical work with stakeholder collaboration to support strategic HR goals.

Responsibilities- Provide expert HRIS consultation and technical support across HR functions, including Workday, reporting, talent management, and talent acquisition.
- Maintain dashboards and custom reports; support data manipulation and analysis.
- Engage as a consultative partner and project manager to translate needs into system configurations and workflows.
- Serve as primary contact for Workday implementations with global and local vendors.
- Maintain and audit confidential HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Produce system documentation for HRIS processes; participate in UAT and test planning.
- Collaborate with global, remote teams and end users to meet SLAs and drive improvements.
- Propose and implement ongoing HRIS configurations and evaluate new HR technologies.
- Enhance user adoption through troubleshooting, training, and just-in-time guidance.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting) strongly preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience with global HCM/HRIS solutions, especially Workday; implementation, testing, and integration experience preferred.
- Experience as a report writer with ability to design/customize reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Workday configuration, EIBs, and business process design; condition rules.
- Project management experience; ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of systems integration concepts (APIs, web services, middleware).
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
