Overview In this HRBP role, you partner with business leaders across multiple sites to deliver effective people strategies that support organizational goals. You'll balance global consistency with local needs, guiding workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement in a matrixed, multi-site environment. You'll identify opportunities for improvement, drive HR initiatives, and influence stakeholders to boost performance and culture. Responsibilities- Strategic HR partnership across multiple sites and regions, aligning people strategies with business priorities
- Organizational effectiveness and workforce planning to meet current and future needs
- Talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and leadership development across sites
- Employee relations and engagement, coaching leaders, and managing matters within local legislation
- HR operations and compliance, including payroll, data management, and documentation
- HR analytics and continuous improvement, leveraging data to drive decisions and projects
- Leadership support, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration across teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience as HRBP in a complex, matrixed organization
- Global or multi-site experience with competing priorities
- Ability to balance strategic partnership with operational delivery
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with business objectives
- Experience with a shared services HR model and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations)
- Knowledge of employment legislation across relevant jurisdictions; ability to work with regional experts
- Experience managing employee relations matters and complex cases; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; union environments experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience, preferably Workday
- Willingness to travel periodically to site locations (approx. quarterly)
