Overview In this role, you will support and help shape the compensation function within a larger HR transformation effort. You will work closely with HR partners to administer market pricing, merit programs, and policy-compliant compensation processes. The position offers exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors, and CompAnalyst within a supportive environment and aims to strengthen compensation practices across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity to build breadth in compensation while contributing to strategic workforce decisions.
Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the compensation philosophy, strategy, policies, and programs
- Administer the annual compensation review process including market pricing and job title/description reviews
- Oversee the annual merit increase program, coordinating data with HRIS and HR Business Partners and generating reports for senior management
- Review wage and salary changes for policy conformance
- Evaluate positions and classifications for individuals against existing structures
- Administer additional compensation programs (stipends, lump-sum pay), ensuring policy adherence and reporting
- Conduct job evaluations for various management levels across assigned business units
