Overview In this role, you will lead secured environments projects, ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance and delivering on capital plans. You collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to scope, budget, and execute multiple complex programs, driving cost savings and value engineering. You'll apply technical and financial expertise to oversee design, permits, and construction while maintaining JLL's standards. Responsibilities- Lead multiple secured environment ground-up and corporate interiors projects, ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance
- Develop and manage project scopes and capital plans aligned with client goals
- Create detailed budgets (hard/soft costs) and perform cost/benefit analyses with value engineering
- Provide cross-functional technical support across all project phases (design, budgeting, scheduling, permits)
- Coordinate and manage teams of consultants and contractors with performance evaluations
- Track data metrics and KPIs to drive project success and cost savings
- Maintain client relationships, manage conflicts, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Oversee on-site supervision and financial aspects, including cash flows and monthly reporting
- Address risk and liabilities using JLL playbook and client risk management practices
- Share knowledge and standardize best practices across teams and clients
- Manage accounts receivable to maintain working capital targets
- Develop and refine space planning, programming, and construction documentation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management
- 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements
- Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting in corporate real estate
- Ability to read design development and construction documents
- Experience with landlords, developers, and institutional owners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy
- Ability to read commercial leases and support lease review processes
- Flexibility with travel and hybrid work model (US/Canada)
