Responsibilities- Provide safety and quality excellence across Controls Alliance
- Lead system level integration across value streams
- Act as complex project reviewer and ensure risks are identified
- Approve project risk mitigation plans
- Support development of system level solutions
- Lead RCAs across value streams
- Establish controls standards roadmap for value stream
- Mentor and coach Technical Architects
- Input on technical depth heat map
- Identify technical gaps and develop system level training
- Own overall project quality
- Share best practices across value streams
- Lead design practices
- Lead Kaizen events
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- minimum 15 years of experience in Gas Turbine Controls Design (GE Vernova preferred)
- minimum 6 years of experience in performing technical reviews
- excellent knowledge about New Units and Services Upgrade processes
- excellent knowledge about GE Speedtronic Mark Controller Series
- hands-on experience with physics-based simulation platforms for software validation
