Overview

As an HRBP, you partner with mid- to senior-level leaders to translate business plans into talent and organizational strategies. You influence and design people initiatives, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to optimize service to clients in the West Region. You'll support a field-heavy patient services organization with a focus on workforce planning, succession, and performance-driving organizational capability and results. This hybrid role combines strategic guidance with hands-on partnership to shape a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to translate plans into talent and organizational actions
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Service Center to ensure optimal HR collaboration
  • Support Quest's patient services (phlebotomy) organization across the West Region, including field and site presence
  • Provide consultative leadership, coaching, and guidance to mid-to-senior leaders
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development efforts
  • Contribute to people strategy, total rewards solutions, and talent management in coordination with HR leadership
  • Influence and drive change initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and service
Key requirements
  • 3-6 years of HR business partner experience
  • BA/BS required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Travel up to 25-50%
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work with mid-level to senior organization members
  • Business acumen, strategic agility, drive for results
  • Decision quality, managerial courage, organizational savvy
