Overview In this role you will shepherd opportunities from RFP through preconstruction, align stakeholders, and ensure a smooth buyout to Operations. You will work with Corporate Leadership and the Estimating team to produce compelling proposals and mitigate risk. You'll coordinate deliverables, schedules, and constructability insights to strengthen client pursuits. This position offers the chance to influence project success early and collaborate across disciplines in a leading national contractor environment. You'll contribute to shaping proposals that translate design into executable plans at scale.

Responsibilities- Coordinate project pursuit and pre-construction deliverables with Corporate, Operations leadership, and Estimating
- Review project documentation for quality, content, and constructability
- Identify and assign required deliverables to internal/external stakeholders
- Manage pursuit/pre-construction timelines to ensure on-time, quality client deliverables
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to develop proposal documents
- Maintain strong client relationships during pursuit to drive success
- Evaluate potential risk factors with management
- Coordinate constructability resolutions and price alternative designs
- Develop preliminary construction schedules aligned with estimates
- Review cost models during pre-construction and bidding
- Assist with contract documents
- Consult with operations, scheduling, estimating, legal, cost control, and procurement
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction
- Preferred multidisciplinary exposure across Preconstruction, Estimating, and Operations
- Estimating and scheduling experience desired
- Experience using computer-based estimating systems desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at problem-solving to avoid conflicts
