Overview In this role you partner with Growth leaders to align talent priorities with business objectives, acting as a strategic advisor and change agent to enable organizational growth and high performance. You will support leader effectiveness and employee engagement across commercial teams, driving HR strategies in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. You will mentor HRBPs, influence across levels, and help scale people initiatives that shape the company's culture and outcomes. Responsibilities- Identify pressing talent opportunities for client groups and reflect workforce implications in business plans
- Inform HR priorities and evaluate demand for HR offerings
- Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities
- Partner on hiring, onboarding, and developing teams, building strong pipelines
- Monitor external trends and advise on impacts to employees
- Oversee employee relations and provide policy guidance and issue resolution
- Develop and execute HR strategies for organizational changes (strategic, structural, technological, people-focused)
- Lead change management and communicate effectively to minimize uncertainty
- Facilitate cultural integration and foster an inclusive environment
- Drive smooth onboarding and thoughtful offboarding experiences
- Focus on retaining key talent through retention plans, compensation, and growth opportunities
- Evaluate roles and ensure fair, competitive compensation with the Compensation team
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership
- Collaborate on career development opportunities and training programs
- Support performance management systems with regular feedback
- Maintain transparent communications to address concerns and manage expectations
- Act as steward of HR policies and procedures and continuously improve HR services
- Provide coaching to leaders navigating change and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Listen to business problems, challenge assumptions, and present alternative ideas
- Reprioritize actions for ad-hoc topics and assignments
Key requirements- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior
- Experience facilitating workforce planning processes
- Experience with talent management processes (talent reviews, succession planning)
- Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across all levels
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and driving change
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment (preferred)
