Overview As Ramp's Emerging Talent Recruiter, you will build and run early-career hiring programs, partnering with engineering, product, and other teams to attract, assess, and close high-potential students and interns. You will own the full cycle-from campus sourcing to offer and intern conversion-while shaping an evolving Emerging Talent function. You will experiment with new ideas to scale and improve candidate experience. This role offers impact across Ramp's long-term growth by developing the next generation of builders.

Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting for Emerging Talent roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles for early-career talent
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates via universities, networks, referrals, events and channels
- Lead offer and closing processes and communicate opportunities clearly to candidates
- Support internship programs: programming, events, engagement, and conversion
- Use recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and inform teams
- Create a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience at all stages
- Experiment with new sourcing and hiring approaches and systematize successful methods
Key requirements- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a plus for Emerging Talent or campus recruiting
- Track record of identifying exceptional talent and maintaining candidate quality
- Ability to learn new talent markets quickly and recruit across roles
- Strong operational rigor for high-volume pipelines and shifting priorities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication with candidates, managers, and cross-functional partners
