Overview In this role you lead the site quality function and drive the Humanscale Business System to exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will supervise QA, QC, and testing, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across operations. You'll analyze performance, lead root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to reduce quality costs. This is a hands-on leadership role at a mission-driven manufacturing site.

Responsibilities- Lead the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Testing functions at the site
- Supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure productivity and technical integrity
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics for the quality team
- Design and implement quality training programs for the team
- Drive customer-focused improvements by capturing Voice of the Customer and leading value-chain enhancements
- Coordinate MRB meetings and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Drive cost-of-poor-quality reduction and lean improvements across processes
- Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements
- Develop, maintain, and implement quality specifications and inspection criteria
- Lead site Quality Performance Reviews and internal audits, closing findings timely
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- 3-5 years in Quality Control in manufacturing
- 2+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, especially ISO 9000
- ERP experience, Oracle and Infor desirable
- Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience developing/documenting procedures
