Overview In this fast-paced role you will own full-cycle recruiting for critical hardware roles, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and close top engineering talent. You'll act as a brand ambassador and help build strong engineering teams aligned with Zoox's mission. Expect to tackle diverse searches across Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, Vehicle Development, and Advanced Hardware. You will shape candidate experience and influence hiring decisions with leadership involvement.

Responsibilities- Own the full-cycle recruiting process with strong manager partnership and candidate advocacy
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and assess fit for technical and behavioral criteria
- Facilitate interview processes with panelists, managers, and leadership
- Manage offer process in collaboration with managers and HR teams
Key requirements- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen for technical and behavioral fit
- Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
- Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn and alternative techniques
