Overview As Contracts Manager, you will support our legal and business teams in a biotech environment. You will manage, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial and research agreements, partnering with scientists, operations, and business stakeholders. You'll oversee the full contract lifecycle and help ensure agreements align with company objectives and risk tolerance. This role offers impact across R&D, clinical activities, and commercial operations, contributing to scalable contract processes in a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, consulting agreements, and research collaboration contracts
- Support contracts related to R&D, clinical activities, and commercial operations
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to execution and amendment
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and business teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Maintain contract records, templates, and compliance tracking
- Identify and escalate legal or business risks as appropriate
