Overview In this role you will lead Connexity's US full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leadership to align hiring with business goals. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers while shaping the employer brand and candidate experience. You will build strong pipelines across technical and non-technical roles and improve recruiting efficiency through data-driven processes and ATS governance. Expect to collaborate across affiliated brands and utilize innovative sourcing methods and AI tools to identify high-quality candidates. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build job descriptions
- Set and monitor hiring goals (e.g., time-to-fill) with TA leadership
- Maintain accurate ATS data and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversions)
- Drive creative sourcing across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals) and leverage AI/tools to build pipelines
- Coordinate structured interviews and ensure fair evaluation across interview stages
- Maintain positive candidate and manager experience through timely, professional communication
- Partner with HR on cross-functional initiatives to support an inclusive candidate/employee experience
- Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and customized recruiting plans
Key requirements- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house in tech or digital media
- Experience recruiting across technical (engineering, data) and business functions
- Strong sourcing skills; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media
- Experience with an ATS (Workable preferred) and maintaining data accuracy/compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong interview skills across structured, performance-based, and panel formats
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of US employment law and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
