Overview In this role you drive the customer experience and product strategy for Starlink, aligning technical operations with business goals to improve global broadband accessibility. You will monitor key metrics, partner across functions to address root causes, and own automation and feature launches. Your work shapes how SpaceX delivers reliable internet at scale and supports cross-functional decision-making. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at the intersection of product, operations, and customer success.

Responsibilities- Understand and drive core user metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score, Cancellation Ratio, Customer Satisfaction Score)
- Triage and collaborate across departments to root-cause and prevent poor user experience
- Improve or automate processes to fix structural and emerging issues
- Serve as product manager/project owner for feature launches and software automation projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 4+ years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a technology company
- Self-starter attitude and energy
- Effective communication across business and technical teams
- Ability to work in ill-defined problem spaces and drive outcomes
- Data analysis with Python and SQL or R
- Ability to parse technical topics deeply
- Knowledge of software development life-cycle and release process
