Overview In this role you help ensure compliant client onboarding by analyzing potential conflicts and policy issues within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You work closely with attorneys and the Conflict & Intake team to resolve conflicts, enhance client service, and uphold ethical standards. You will communicate clearly across teams, conduct data research, and document findings to support efficient risk assessment. Responsibilities- Analyze conflicts and identify stop issues and policy risks for new matters
- Gather complete client and related parties information from lateral candidates
- Administer and document the conflicts review process according to GT policies
- Conduct data analysis and research using electronic databases
- Maintain records and report on conflicts information and outcomes
- Present clear summaries of potential conflicts to attorneys and capture institutional knowledge
- Escalate non-responsiveness or ethical conflicts to the submitting attorney
- Assist with additional department activities and duties as assigned
Key requirements- Advanced graduate degree or JD desired
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a paralegal, litigation support, or analytical role in a legal environment or related business analytics
- Excellent client service orientation
- Strong problem-solving and initiative
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Windows-based software proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
