Overview In this role you will lead field operations for luxury custom home projects, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and seamless coordination among trades. You work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to uphold quality and schedule across groundbreaking to completion. You drive safety, inspections, and punch-list resolution to deliver a flawless finished product. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
- Interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Uphold high standards of workmanship, quality control, and site safety
- Conduct daily site inspections and proactively resolve issues
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, homeowners, and ownership
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Manage punch lists and project closeout to ensure a flawless finished product
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential or luxury custom homes
- Proven experience managing ground-up custom home construction
- Experience overseeing high-end remodels and additions is a plus
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining quality and schedule
- Experience reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Proficient with construction management software such as Procore
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred: experience on homes valued at $5M+
- Preferred: familiarity with luxury finishes (millwork, cabinetry, stone, steel, glass, specialty materials)
- Preferred: OSHA 30 Certification
