Responsibilities- Author research papers and share findings with the community
- Identify and develop new research directions by engaging external and internal collaborators
- Define data structures, frameworks, design, and evaluation metrics for research solutions
- Plan timelines and secure resources for research projects
- Develop long-term research strategy to expand impact across the organization
- Identify complex problems and engage stakeholders to address gaps in technology
- Set up large-scale tests and deploy ideas to products
- Contribute to experiments, prototyping, and architectural design
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into real-world impact
- Publish findings and participate in the broader research community
- Work on problems spanning machine learning, data mining, NLP, hardware/software performance, and more
Key requirements- PhD in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience with research agendas across multiple teams or projects
- One or more scientific publications submissions (conferences, journals, or repositories)
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, R, Java, or C++
