Overview In this role you will manage and grow nonprofit client relationships, delivering integrated philanthropic advice and account administration. You will partner with Portfolio Managers to ensure a seamless OCIO client experience and oversee service quality for foundations, endowments, and related entities. You'll lead client meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate across teams to support mission-aligned asset management. This position blends advisory work with operational leadership, in a client-centric, team-driven culture.

Responsibilities- Manage designated nonprofit client relationships and support executives in delivering philanthropic advisory solutions
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely service and proactive issue resolution
- Prepare customized meeting materials, lead client meetings, and manage follow-up
- Provide daily administration of investment accounts, onboarding, transactions, inquiries, and risk management
- Coordinate with internal teams, attorneys, and accountants to support clients
- Develop junior team members through coaching and training
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to improve client experience and processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years advising nonprofit, foundation, or endowment clients in a regulated investment environment or nonprofit finance
- Background in accounting, finance, and tax preparation
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Team collaboration and client service orientation
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
