Construction Management Services Discipline Lead - Water US North

Overview

In this role you will lead CM services across CM, Resident Engineering, and Inspection to deliver safe, high quality projects at scale. You'll shape CM strategy, drive client leadership, and ensure project performance while advancing a zero-harm culture and sustainable delivery. You work closely with cross regional teams to win work, mentor staff, and standardize digital field execution. This is a chance to influence major water infrastructure programs and contribute to lasting community impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead CM strategy, governance, and delivery excellence for CM, RE, and Inspection in the geography
  • Oversee field delivery, QA/QC, and turnover processes for major projects
  • Drive PM frameworks, risk management, schedule and cost controls
  • Develop pursuits for CM-influenced work; build client relationships and win themes
  • Coach proposals and participate in negotiations; support strategic partnerships and transitions
  • Maintain CM operating model, playbooks, and SOPs aligned to PM Frameworks
  • Foster talent development, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality plans, and regulatory obligations
Key requirements
  • Proven client relationship track record and ability to win work
  • 15+ years in construction/CM for water/wastewater or related infra; program leadership preferred
  • Bachelor in Construction Management or Civil/Environmental Engineering; PE or CCM preferred; PMP a plus
  • Experience with alternative delivery (DB/CMAR) advantageous
  • Proficiency with eBuilder/Procore, ProjectWise/SharePoint, Primavera P6/Microsoft Project; strong MS 365
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
