Responsibilities- Build trust with workforce and leaders to advance culture and productivity
- Identify talent gaps and coach supervisors on gap closure plans
- Coach employees on Principle Based Management application
- Develop business acumen to understand drivers of performance
- Drive HR process innovation and automation across the business
- Provide strategic guidance on change management and employee development
- Leverage data driven solutions to support business results
- Partner with capabilities teams to improve talent position (selection, attraction, retention)
- Identify HR compliance risks and close gaps with a systematic approach
- Interpret policies to reduce risk, drive standardization, and eliminate waste
- Foster healthy union relations and knowledge sharing across GP
