Responsibilities- Develop technical estimates for pre-engineered and hybrid buildings ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Support sales and engineering by preparing proposals and offering structural design insights
- Assess project profitability and risk to align with financial goals and risk strategies
- Engage with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to communicate complex technical information
- Optimize cost and efficiency using engineering software, brand processes, and pricing systems
- Lead knowledge sharing by training and mentoring colleagues on estimating best practices
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field (or 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree)
- 5 years of experience in estimating, design, or project management
