Overview

As a Project Manager in our Program Management team, you'll guide projects from initiation to construction, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are aligned with client goals. You'll coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver value and exceed expectations, while representing the company with professionalism. You'll work on diverse projects across sectors, contributing to community-minded infrastructure. This role offers impact through hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule from initiation to construction completion
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and communication with client and project team
  • Develop and monitor schedules and budgets across all phases
  • Review invoices, contracts, and change orders; assist in contract negotiations
  • Prepare client reports and stakeholder updates
  • Understand contracts and guide negotiation; oversee design and construction phases
  • Approve invoices and change orders; resolve disputes and claims
  • Act as an ambassador of the company in client, consultant, and peer interactions
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; technical degree/diploma/certificate also acceptable
  • Project Management certification such as PMP or equivalent asset (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and contract understanding
  • Experience with large-scale industrial or similar construction projects
  • Familiarity with Ontario/Canadian design and construction standards
  • Willingness to travel and visit project sites
