Responsibilities- Design and implement best UI/UX practices for data-heavy applications in finance/insurance/healthcare
- Own end-to-end UI/UX work and support the product lifecycle
- Influence design practices while remaining hands-on and collaborative
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Contribute to design systems and scalable UI components
- Shape product direction through user-centered design and iteration
Key requirements- 4+ years professional UX/UI/Product Design experience
- Experience designing data-heavy applications in finance, insurance, or healthcare
- Expertise with Figma
- Experience with Make and prompt-based AI design
- Ability to influence and implement design best practices while staying hands-on
- End-to-end UI/UX and product support experience
- Bachelor's in Design or related field
