Senior Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will bridge customers and our technicians to deliver reliable, hometown service for both fleet accounts and local clients. You'll shape the service experience by listening to needs, presenting technician recommendations, and coordinating repairs and estimates. You work closely with a positive, supportive team to build lasting customer relationships and drive repeat business. This role combines frontline customer service with parts and scheduling coordination in a full-service shop.

• Support customer service workflow and front-desk interactions
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and inquiries
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Follow up on progress via calls or emails
• Document changes on repair orders accurately
• Manage parts ordering, write-up, delivery, and follow-up processes
• Build strong client relationships to foster repeat and referral business
• Commit to full-time hours including some Saturdays
