Overview In this role you will drive operational excellence and standardization across Greystar's property management portfolio by shaping processes, tools, and policies for the centralized Resource Center. You will enable onboarding and optimization of communities, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and monitor performance against KPIs to raise efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position sits at the heart of a scaling initiative that centralizes administrative tasks for delinquency, invoicing, leases, and month-end accounting. This is a chance to influence how best practices are rolled out across a large, multi-market portfolio.

Responsibilities- Define and implement standardized processes, procedures, tools, and metrics across the Resource Center
- Develop training, systems, and policies to embed best practices in centralized operations
- Onboard new communities to the Resource Center platform and ensure tasks are completed
- Oversee daily tasks of direct reports to maintain service quality and efficiency
- Monitor and report on KPI performance at property level and drive improvements
- Collaborate with onsite leaders and business managers to resolve issues and support initiatives
- Prepare and analyze human resources, financial, and administrative reports
- Support cross-functional teams to enhance products, services, and operational effectiveness
Key requirements- Proven ability to read and communicate complex financial and legal documents
- Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases for reporting
- Experience with property-management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Workday) preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and payment validation
- Understanding of multifamily property operations, leases, and collections
- Experience in multifamily property management, accounting, and customer service
- College degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Minimum of three years in property management or related field (preferred)
