Overview As Site Manager at Kadena AB, you lead the F-15EX training site and a Boeing team delivering training system operations, support, and upgrades for USAF pilots. You shape site plans, policies, and metrics while maintaining strong USAF partnerships and ensuring smooth operations across four pilot stations and related systems. You will drive process improvements and resource management in a long-term international assignment. Responsibilities- Lead a remote site team of technicians and security personnel supporting aircrew training operations
- Develop and execute project and process plans, policies, and operational goals
- Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and drive process improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
- Oversee technical approaches, products, and processes with leadership oversight
- Motivate and develop employees and coordinate with local base leadership
- Represent Boeing to the USAF customer with minimal direct oversight
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key requirements- Leadership experience (minimum 1 year) in team leadership or large-scale projects or formal management
- 3+ years of experience with F-15 aircraft systems or training systems
- Willingness and ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally
