Overview In this role, you drive the HR AI and automation agenda to simplify work, accelerate HR operations, and enhance the employee experience. You collaborate with HR leaders, HR Systems, and engineering to design practical AI-powered solutions and workflow automations. You measure impact through adoption, time savings, and process improvements, guiding the People Function toward scalable, tech-enabled HR. Responsibilities- Own the HR AI and automation roadmap across the People Function
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases to boost productivity and employee experience
- Serve as HR Product Owner for AI initiatives, defining requirements and prioritizing impact
- Collaborate with AI engineers, HR Systems, and technical teams to design, test, and deploy AI solutions and self-service capabilities
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications
- Establish metrics for adoption, time savings, process improvements, and operational effectiveness
- Champion AI adoption through education, change management, and best practices
- Analyze and redesign HR processes to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort
- Standardize and scale processes across the global HR organization
- Translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions
- Create business requirements, process docs, testing plans, and implementation roadmaps
- Partner with HR Operations, Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Systems to surface high-impact automation opportunities
- Maintain a practical understanding of core HR operations to ensure AI solutions align with business needs
- Support HR operational initiatives while focusing on transformation and automation
Key requirements- 4+ years in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related field
- Proven ability to improve processes through technology, automation, or operational excellence
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Excellent analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
