Overview In this role you partner with senior leadership to shape and execute an HR strategy supporting engineering, security, and privacy roadmaps. You serve as the primary HRBP for a global department, guiding organizational design and talent initiatives across time zones. You coach leaders on structures that adapt to regulatory and security needs while managing complex employee relations and performance processes. You leverage people data to drive insights on health, retention, and scale, collaborating with CoEs to attract and develop top product and design talent. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-growing, global tech environment.
Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with engineering, security, and privacy roadmaps
- Act as the primary HRBP for a global department across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams
- Provide strategic coaching on organizational design to enable rapid adaptation to regulatory and security initiatives
- Advise on talent assessment, career paths, and succession planning for specialized roles
- Lead proactive resolution of complex employee relations issues while preserving a culture of innovation and psychological safety
- Oversee full-cycle performance management with tailored goal-setting and calibration for technical outcomes
- Use people data and analytics to inform on team health, retention bottlenecks, and organizational scale
- Collaborate with global HR peers and CoEs to design compensation, engagement, and talent acquisition solutions
- Collaborate with CoEs to attract top-tier product and design talent
Key requirements- 5+ years in Human Resources with 2+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience in a global, matrixed, multicultural organization with adaptable HR strategies
- Proven ability to lead talent management, organizational design, and performance management in high-growth environments
- Expertise in leveraging data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to drive strategic decisions
