Overview In this Medical Science Liaison role, you will advance fertility science by educating and engaging the medical community, translating insights to inform internal strategy. You'll build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical investigators to promote disease-state understanding and treatment advances. Based in the field, you'll partner with regional teams to drive medical initiatives and support clinical studies. You'll travel extensively to oncology and related events, shaping guidance that benefits patients and aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities- Provide scientific, clinical, and educational support to academic and clinical stakeholders on fertility and its treatments
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical leaders to inform Medical Affairs strategy
- Disseminate up-to-date research and concepts to healthcare professionals through personalized and group engagements
- Lead regional Medical Affairs activities, coordinating with internal teams and external customers
- Represent EMD Serono at medical events and conferences and liaise with Fertility Medical Affairs on regional and national initiatives
- Communicate research concepts, field insights, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders
- Support clinical research studies by coordinating with Clinical Development and Fertility Medical Affairs
- Act as liaison for Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) program with investigators
- Maintain territory profiling and visitation records; monitor field budgets and ensure compliant use of materials
- Demonstrate company values and high-impact culture while traveling up to 80% of the time
Key requirements- Advanced scientific knowledge in reproductive medicine focused on fertility
- 2+ years of relevant experience (PharmD/PhD/MD/DO) or NP/PA with 3+ years of experience
- Ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences
- Willingness for extensive travel (80%) and field-based work
- Live within or near assigned territory
- Experience building relationships with KOLs and clinical leaders
- Equivalent combination of education and fertility clinical experience considered
