Responsibilities- Oversee multi-site healthcare food service operations across Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett hospitals
- Drive operational excellence and ensure service standards and compliance
- Serve as strategic point of contact for clients, fostering strong partnerships
- Lead, mentor and develop managers and frontline staff, including performance reviews
- Manage budgets, labor, and resources to meet financial goals
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across service lines
- Support recruitment, hiring decisions, and team development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver patient and retail dining experiences
Key requirements- Experience leading food service or multi-service operations in healthcare settings
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
- Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and multi-site teams
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Hands-on leadership style with focus on results and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience with related responsibilities
