Sales Learning Manager

Overview

As Sales Learning Manager, you will design, manage, and scale learning programs that boost seller capability and drive business results. You'll partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and HR to identify gaps and translate priorities into effective training. You'll own end-to-end program lifecycles, from needs analysis to measurement, while fostering a collaborative, fast-paced culture. You'll use your instructional design expertise to create impactful, scalable learning that aligns with NAVEX's mission and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own full lifecycle of sales learning programs from needs analysis to iteration
  • Identify performance gaps with stakeholders and recommend learning or interventions
  • Design engaging learning experiences using blended, microlearning, and practice-based methods
  • Build scalable programs for onboarding, selling skills, product knowledge, and leadership development
  • Develop high-quality assets (facilitator guides, materials, job aids) and reinforcement plans
  • Manage multiple initiatives with project plans, timelines, risks, and communications
  • Facilitate in-person, instructor-led, and virtual sessions
  • Embed learning into coaching and performance management with sales managers
  • Define success metrics and evaluate impact through outcomes and behavioral change
  • Coordinate external learning partners and governance for scalable programming
  • Establish scalable standards, processes, templates, and governance across Sales
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in sales training, enablement, L&D, or related field
  • Experience owning learning programs from strategy through evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales and programs that improve seller performance; Sandler certification preferred
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication with executive presence
  • Experience using learning technology, LMS, and virtual platforms
  • Culture agility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, candid environment
