Job description

Overview

As a Level II Instructional Designer at ProSidian, you design and develop training materials for FinCEN employees and customers, applying curriculum development expertise to federal projects. You collaborate with engagement teams, multimedia specialists, and clients to create engaging learning experiences, including interactive content and simulations. You will analyze training needs, craft curricula, and ensure delivery objectives are met through blended or web-based courseware. This role offers the chance to impact how federal training programs are executed and scaled within a consultancy setting.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructional material for training courses
  • Conduct training analysis to inform content creation
  • Create learning activities (presentations, case studies, simulations, role plays)
  • Observe training delivery and align curricula to objectives
  • Collaborate with multimedia, graphics, and programming teams on courseware
  • Review and recommend training materials to clients
  • Support and mentor junior designers
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and training-related activities
  • Support FOIA, training operations, and 508 compliance tasks
  • Maintain alignment of local curriculum with customer requirements
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Strong oral and written communication in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • External, client-facing consulting experience
