Overview In this role you will contribute to planning, design, and execution of architectural projects within BRPH's Atlanta hub. You will work with cross-functional teams to apply codes and develop high-quality construction documents, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with multiple disciplines. You'll leverage BIM and design tools to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives and project budgets. Responsibilities- Apply architectural expertise to challenging projects with independent judgment and collaboration with senior staff
- Lead various architectural assignments with mentorship on complex design challenges
- Research and apply building codes and industry standards across projects
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain construction documents through project lifecycle
- Coordinate with discipline drawings, digital models, and specifications
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Maintain positive client and consultant relationships through proactive communication
- Assist in preparing design budgets and marketing proposals
- Support construction administration including site meetings, shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs
Key requirements- 5-7 years of experience in architecture
- Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Knowledge of construction techniques and constructability
