Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead commercial construction projects from discovery through development and delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals. You'll drive preconstruction activities, contract negotiations, and client relations to secure and execute projects. You work closely with subcontractors and internal staff to resolve scope and staffing challenges and ensure timely closeout. This role supports HITT's mission to deliver trusted experiences by shaping complex manufacturing facilities and large-scale builds. You will influence project outcomes through proactive planning, strong leadership, and a focus on value and safety.

Responsibilities- Maintain safety standards across projects
- Follow all company processes and policies
- Negotiate client contracts and terms
- Track project progress with updated schedules
- Ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan
- Help resolve scope issues with subcontractors
- Manage field personnel assignments and performance
- Identify justified time extensions
- Acquire new work and maintain client relationships
- Oversee closeout and project handoffs
- Lead preconstruction and RFP activities with other departments
- Delegate tasks to ensure smooth project execution
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred; degree not strictly required
- Experience acquiring new clients
- Ability to manage multiple PM efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
