Project Manager - Commercial Construction

As a Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate internal teams and external subs to meet safety, quality, and client expectations. You help navigate permits, contracts, and risk, while communicating clearly with stakeholders. • Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on site
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors
• Negotiate contracts, obtain permits and licenses
• Select tools, materials, and equipment; track inventory
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports
• Plan ahead to prevent issues and resolve emerging ones

• Proven working experience in construction management
• BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage all financial aspects of projects
