Overview In this role you design and guide website implementations using Sitecore CMS to deliver scalable, reliable enterprise solutions. You will work within a global delivery context, translating business needs into architecture and ensuring high performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to shape technical direction and drive successful data migration and integration. Responsibilities- Architect Sitecore-based website implementations and projects
- Analyze performance and tune Sitecore environments
- Lead data migration and integration in enterprise applications
- Design and review Sitecore components (layouts, templates, CM/CD, caching, serialization)
- Plan, estimate, and deliver in a client-facing, global delivery setting
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
Key requirements- 7+ years .NET project experience
- 3-5 years of Sitecore CMS project experience (v6/v7; v8 a plus)
- Experience with Sitecore concepts: Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD, caching, serialization, security
- Experience with Sitecore API, Kernel, and client libraries
- Experience diagnosing and resolving Sitecore performance issues
- Familiarity with 3rd party tools (Coveo, TDS, SCORE); MongoDB and GlassMapper preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a global delivery environment
