Overview In this role, you will lead MEP-focused project management for large capital builds, partnering with a global manufacturing client. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage engineering documentation, and ensure QA/QC across stages from design through close-out. You'll support scheduling, field coordination, and client communications to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality projects. This is a hands-on, client-facing opportunity to influence outcomes in data centers, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Responsibilities- Manage engineering drawings, specs, and documents
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across project stages
- Support scheduler updates and progress tracking
- Coordinate field activities between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client
- Conduct field walks with trades and attend field/punch walks with architects and MEP team
- Support project close-out documentation
- Ensure QA/QC adherence and report gaps
- Perform engineering QA/QC reviews of design drawings before construction submission
- Prepare progress reports and KPIs
- Facilitate project information flow via meetings and communications
- Knowledge management and input learnings into internal databases
- Identify safety, health, environmental issues for client and management
- SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Key requirements- Field construction experience
- Experience in manufacturing construction preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage and delegate to technical and non-technical staff
- Postgraduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience (design and site)
- Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge
- Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
