Overview In this role you partner with customers to deliver complex robotic automation systems from concept to production, shaping how Intrinsic's product suite is adopted in diverse environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions and drive first deployments, then support long-term success. You enable customers to use the product effectively while contributing to software features based on real-world feedback. This role offers meaningful impact by expanding industrial automation through hands-on technical leadership and customer engagement.

- Conceptualize and scope new robotics automation solutions for production deployment
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software based on Intrinsic's product, or guide customers to do so independently
- Ensure clear ownership and alignment of outcomes across stakeholders
- Bridge internal teams to influence the product roadmap and address customer feedback
Key requirements- Bachelor in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record delivering modern industrial automation solutions into production
- End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems and ability to guide scalable solutions
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python in a professional environment
- Willingness to travel domestically to support NA customer engagements
- Professional fluency in English
