Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision Present solutions across our full range of services including: Cabinet Painting Cabinet Refacing Redooring New Cabinets Countertops Kitchen Tune-Ups and Accessories Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations Utilize basic design software such as SketchUp or similar programs (training provided) Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process Confidently ask for the sale and close projects professionally Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams Attend networking events and represent the company in the community Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals What Makes You a Great Fit Strong sales and customer service skills Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction-related projects with homeowners Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities Self-motivated and goal-driven Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients' homes Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments Required Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in: Home improvement sales Kitchen and bath remodeling Construction sales Flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries Proven track record in sales and closing deals Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred Familiarity with design software is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Earn 100,000 - 150,000 / year with a commission structure (a weekly draw is available) Uncapped earning potential Paid training Health insurance stipend Paid vacation and holidays Growth opportunities within the company Apply today!
