St. Petersburg, FL Summary: Reporting to the VP/GM, qualified candidate coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of assigned company customers and programs.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates preparation of proposals, plans, specifications and financial conditions of contractsEnsures adherence to master plans and schedulesDevelops solutions to program problems to assure programs are completed within time and budget constraints Prepares reports for senior management to track progress and goalsResponsible for the coordination and completion of programs utilizing a wide degree of creativity and independent judgment. Ensure strict adherence to aerospace industry quality management systems, safety regulations, and government export control laws (such as ITAR/EAR).Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.6 to 10+ years of project or program management experience within the aerospike, defiance or high-tech manufacturing industries. Experience with complex multi-year programs involving Military Contractors or subcontract providers.
