Requirements:
1+ years of facilities maintenance, construction or related experience preferredWorking knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systemsAbility to troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standardsEffective communication skills with leadership, coworkers and guestsValid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirementsAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to work indoors, outdoors and in varying conditionsAvailability to work nights, weekends and holidays as neededCompensation details: 18-22 Hourly WagePIc18d18bc186f-6741
