Reporting to the Engineering Director, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production.ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Support manufacturing teams as needed to ensure product design implementation is successfulWork with engineering team to implement design changes/improvementsWork with technical service team to address product improvementSupport R&D lab and test department workCreate and maintain SAP master dataOther duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
