Flexible schedulingLeadership Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and food service program Prepare food and work alongside the kitchen team during busy shifts Train, coach, and support kitchen team members Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to company standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen Manage food inventory, ordering, and product rotation Assist with scheduling and staffing needs for the kitchen Complete kitchen paperwork, temperature logs, and other required documentation Work with store leadership to provide an outstanding customer experienceQualifications Strong communication and leadership skills Organized and dependable Comfortable in a fast paced environment Team oriented with a lead by example mindset Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED preferred Previous food service, restaurant, or leadership experience is helpful, but not required Food safety certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification if requiredAt Beck's, we believe great leaders help create great teams.
