This is a 60% clinical / 40% academic Core Faculty role within an established residency program, offering stability, support, and a predictable weekday schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000 annually

This is a full-time employed position with long-term stability and strong institutional support.
Clinical & Academic Responsibilities
Clinical (60%)
Provide comprehensive primary care within a family medicine model
Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care
Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and midwives
Participate in call rotation (shared, structured model)
Academic / Core Faculty (40%)
Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents
Lead clinical teaching sessions and precept in continuity clinic
Support resident competency development
Participate in curriculum development and program committees
Foster a culture of professionalism, compassion, and lifelong learning
You ll play a direct role in preparing residents to become confident, practice-ready physicians.
