Opportunity Highlights:
  • Join an established hospital-based intensivist team in a closed ICU model.
  • 100% inpatient role with no outpatient clinic responsibilities.
  • 7-on / 7-off block schedule providing predictable time off.
  • Strong team support including APPs, residents, and subspecialty services.
  • Growing ICU program with expansion and increasing regional demand.
Compensation Package:
  • $480,000 base salary
  • $70,000 annual quality bonus
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Additional shifts available at $2,857 per shift
  • Full benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail
Requirements:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care (Pulm/CC a plus)
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Interest in team-based inpatient critical care
