Job Summary
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible MD/DO to provide medical care to geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing/Skilled Rehab facilities. The physician will cover multiple SNF locations and manage approximately 25 patients per day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide primary medical care to geriatric patients in SNF/skilled rehab settings.
Cover multiple facility locations within the assigned region.
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage adult/geriatric patients.
Collaborate with facility staff, patients, and families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
Participate in a daily call rotation.
Work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Minimum 3 years of physician experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or adult primary care.
Significant adult/geriatric patient experience required.
SNF/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
EHR/eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
