Exciting Opportunity for a Neonatologist in Henderson, NV
Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is offering a unique opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a dedicated, team-oriented group. You will provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment located in the beautiful and family-friendly community of Henderson, Nevada.
Where You'll Practice:
- St. Rose Siena Campus:
- 26-bed Level III NICU
- Average daily census of 22
- St. Rose San Martin Campus:
- 6-bed Level II NICU
- Average daily census of 3
- More intimate care setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in both NICU environments.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Lead teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work alongside a skilled nursing team in a supportive, collegial environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling to ensure a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Valid Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience level: Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates meeting certification requirements.
- Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at presentation.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
- Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification.
- Must reside within the immediate local area.
