Compensation & Benefits
A strong, well-rounded package with meaningful long-term benefits:
- Base salary: $260,000 + per encounter bonus
- Employer retirement contribution: 10% after 1 year

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- California medical license or willingness to obtain
